extremely high level of quality care and love to our residents!!

temperature, blood glucose monitoring and general physical
condition, which is then provided to the residents' physician to
assist in the development of long-term care plans. She also

Housekeeping Staff
The housekeeping staff works hard to assist each and every
resident in keeping their apartment suite clean and comfortable.
They also provide cleaning services for all common areas. We
are very proud of them, and they do a wonderful job!!
Housekeeping staff also assists in the preparation, serving and
clean-up of meals.
Certified Medication Aide Staff
Part of the service provided to residents with an Assisted Living
contract is the safekeeping and administration of prescribed and
over-the-counter medications. Each Certified Medication Aide
(CMA) takes an in-house course, taught by our RN Linda
Douglas, which is provided to us by the Missouri Assisted Living
Association (MALA), the certifying entity. After taking the course,
the prospective CMA must then pass a rigorous test and
practicuum. After the employee successfully completes the
testing phase, they are then certified as a CMA, and ready to
administer medications to our residents. CMA staff also assists
in the preparation, serving and clean-up of meals.
Terri Wolfe - Beautician
Terri has been providing quality beauty salon services to the
residents since the home first opened in January of 2002.
She is also the owner of the Magic Mirror in Nevada. Terri is
married to Steve, and they have two children. Terri quietly
provides a wonderful service and atmosphere, after which
the residents all look and feel better. We thank Terri for her
many years of excellent service!!
Barber
Andy began telling stories and jokes in the Barber Shop in April of
2007, and occasionally cuts hair. Andy is locally well known as
the owner of the West Side Barber Shop, and has operated that
business for several years. Being the colorful character that he is,
he not only keeps the men looking good, but feeling great!!
